Recipe Summary Gram's Ham Loaf
Famous Western Pennsylvania Ham Loaf. Perfect way to use up left over smoked ham after Christmas or Easter. Be sure to serve it with a generous amount of sauce. We use a hand-held meat grinder that belonged to my husband's great-grandmother - doesn't take long and is somewhat nostalgic.Ingredients | 75 Grams To Cups Liquid2 pounds ground smoked ham2 pounds ground pork2 cups crushed graham crackers1 ½ cups evaporated milk3 eggs, beaten1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed tomato soup1 cup brown sugar½ cup white vinegar½ cup water1 tablespoon ground dry mustardDirectionsPreheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
