Ingredients | Bbq Beef Skewers Recipe

1 (8 ounce) package feta cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes

1 watermelon, cut into bite-sized cubes

1 box toothpicks

5 sprigs fresh mint, chopped

Directions

Set 1 feta cheese cube on top of a watermelon cube and secure with a toothpick. Repeat with remaining feta and watermelon. Sprinkle with mint.
