A unique twist on traditional nachos! Very, very yummy and very, very easy to make! I used Trader Joe's® Cuban-style black beans for the beans.Ingredients | Chili's Classic Nachos Nutrition½ (14.5 ounce) package tortilla chips, divided1 (8 ounce) package shredded 2% Mexican cheese blend, divided1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained, divided½ sweet onion, chopped½ (7 ounce) can green salsa (salsa verde)½ (7 ounce) can salsa casera1 (8 ounce) container reduced-fat sour cream1 lime, cut into wedgesDirectionsPreheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).Spread 1/2 the tortilla chips into a 10 1/2x6-inch baking dish; sprinkle with 1/2 the Mexican cheese blend. Layer 1/2 the black beans over cheese layer. Repeat layering with remaining tortilla chips, Mexican cheese blend, and black beans. Spread onion over bean layer; top with salsa verde and salsa casera.Bake in the preheated oven until cheese is melted, about 20 minutes.
